    About Claer

    Claer is famed for her easy-to-understand explainers about money on shows like ITV Lorraine and LBC Radio. Describing her book as being aimed at "someone who would never, ever think of buying a money book" she wrote it with the simple aim of helping ordinary people gain control of their finances so they can spend less time worrying about money, and more time enjoying it. 


    Claer is the FT's consumer editor and presents the FT's weekly Money Podcast. Her Serious Money column is published in the FT Weekend every Saturday.
